Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer support, support@fairymermaids.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Returns:
- Products with manufacturing defects or damage.
Non-Eligible Returns:
- Incorrect size or color choice.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Personalized or customized items.
- All book sales are final.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support to initiate a return.
- Provide order number, photos of the defective item, and a brief description of the issue.
- If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
