Shipping Policy
Our orders are generally shipped within 1 business day of purchase. For merchandise, we utilize a number of U.S. suppliers to provide the widest Fairy Mermaids offerings. As a result, shipping costs and timelines may vary by product.
We aim to ship orders same business day when placed before 11 AM EST. Please make sure your e-mail address is correctly entered at checkout to receive your live order status page, digital product delivery, and e-mail notifications for tracking. Please contact support@fairymermaids.com to correct any shipping or contact details.
International Shipping
We use multiple international carriers with two different service levels at the moment: Standard and Express. Delivery timelines vary based on country and time of year. Title of goods is transferred at point of carrier pick up. We ship all packages duties unpaid. There is a chance your local jurisdiction will enforce tariff collection.
Lost / Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered and you have not received it, please e-mail us right away at support@fairymermaids.com. We have great relationships with our carriers and can create cases to resolve in a timely manner. Please note, if an investigation confirms theft, we do require a police report to be filed to aid in preventing future theft or fraud. Thank you for your understanding.
